Job Description:-
a ) Job Designation - Associate- Sales
Job Responsibilities:
Consultation
➲ Sales Associates are responsible for prospecting customers.
➲ Understanding the customer’s requirement.
➲ Explaining the complete Painting process of Home solution to the customer ( eg. Giving them the overview of work schedule) and Giving them insights of different products and its features.
➲ Giving Estimates to the customer, getting the Painting Estimate (PE) signed from the customer & finalizing the painting system with the customer & collection of payments from Customers.
Site Evaluation
➲ Site Evaluation (checking whether there is any kind of leakage or cracks etc)
➲ Taking measurement of the house using tools for site evaluation and tablets for other data related work.
Customer Relationship
➲ Following up with the client and build good relationship with them.
➲ Introducing RA to customer before Painting work starts.
Documentation
➲ Call card and system documents filled and handed over to the customer. Eg Site Health Card, Measurement sheet, quotation, sales order, Handover document etc.
b) Job Designation – Relationship Associate
Job Responsibilities:
➲ Main task of the RA is to do site supervision.
➲ Manage painting work undertaken at the site and ensure the quality and speed of the work.
➲ Ensure that the work is completed as per schedule.
➲ Coordinate with the painting contractor, dealer, customer and office and ensures a smooth execution of the job.
➲ Manage customer concerns and complaints during the job and post completion of the job & ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the service provided by APHS.
Desired Skills:
➲ Age: Less than 25 years.
➲ Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language.
➲ Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
➲ Gender – Male.

Salary: 2.63 Lacs per Annum
